1. Private Publisher, scope and acceptance
MASTRpass is published by a private individual under the project name MASTRlabs (“Publisher”, “we”, “us”). MASTRlabs identifies the project and does not claim an incorporated legal entity. These Terms cover the MASTRpass app on Android, Windows and iOS, related release files and mastrpass.xyz. Other MASTR products and MASTRapps.com are separate offerings.
You may install, open or use MASTRpass only after fully acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and warnings. If you do not agree completely, do not use MASTRpass. Mandatory rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and user responsibility
You may use MASTRpass only if you can legally agree to these Terms. It is not directed to children under 16. Where local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, that consent must be obtained.
- You are responsible for a secure, supported and uncompromised device.
- You are responsible for your master password, recovery key, backups and local exports.
- You may use the app only lawfully and without infringing third-party rights.
3. App licence and source code
MASTRpass source code is provided under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only). The licence file and third-party notices govern your rights in the source and dependencies.
The MASTRpass and MASTRlabs names, logos, graphics and other brand assets are not licensed under the AGPL. No right is granted to impersonate the official publisher or distribute modified builds under the official brand.
4. Local, offline operating model
MASTRpass is a local encrypted vault and local security toolkit. The app has no user account, backend, cloud sync, telemetry or publisher recovery access.
Vault data is processed on your device. MASTRlabs cannot view, reset or recover your master password, recovery key or vault. Device, operating-system, keyboard, clipboard, backup and target-app risks remain outside MASTRpass’s full control.
5. Maturity and security limits
Android MASTRpass Pro 1.0.1 is a stable public Solana dApp Store release. The owner confirms completion of an independent code audit; without a published report, no auditor, scope or findings are claimed. Windows remains Security Beta and iOS Security Alpha. Strong cryptography, local processing, store publication and testing do not guarantee error-free operation, absolute security or data availability.
Never use MASTRpass as the only location or only backup for high-value secrets. For every official source, verify the app name, package ID, version and publisher; for file-based releases also verify filename, SHA-256 and signature.
[!]A manipulated app can also manipulate its own local self-check. Independent comparison remains necessary.
6. Backups, recovery and data loss
Keep multiple tested encrypted backups on separate media and protect the complete recovery key separately. Biometrics, Windows Hello, PIN, TOTP or a device-bound key do not replace a portable backup.
Loss of both the master password and recovery key, corruption or loss of every backup, device loss, malware or user error may cause permanent data loss. There is no backdoor and support cannot access your vault.
7. Solana Transaction Guardian and local analysis
The Guardian only analyses Solana messages supplied locally. It performs no RPC, chain lookup, simulation, signing or broadcasting. MASTRpass is not a wallet or financial service.
Successful parsing, a fingerprint, a decoded instruction or a valid embedded signature does not establish current chain state, program safety, recipient intent, economic outcome or absence of fraud. Verify transactions in a trusted wallet and through independent sources.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited misuse
You may use MASTRpass for your own data and lawful security analysis.
- No unauthorised access to third-party accounts, devices, systems or data.
- No malware, stolen credentials, illegal content or circumvention of security controls.
- No presentation of local analysis as a certification, audit or investment recommendation.
- No deceptive alteration of official signatures, checksums, store metadata or branding.
- No use that violates applicable law or platform policy.
9. Releases, updates and official sources
Obtain releases only from mastrpass.xyz, the verified Solana dApp Store listing or another expressly confirmed official source. Store operators apply their own terms and technical processing.
Updates may change features, data formats, security requirements and these Terms. Compatibility-sensitive migrations will be documented, but you must create a tested backup before updating. Preview, alpha and beta versions may change or be discontinued.
10. External services, links and donations
External links open separate services such as Solana dApp Store, Solscan, app stores, X or Linktree. Their own terms and privacy rules apply; MASTRlabs does not control them.
SOL donations are voluntary, generally final and create no entitlement to features, support, returns, promotion or a positive assessment. Blockchain transactions are public and normally irreversible. Verify address, network and amount yourself.
11. No warranty and no professional advice
To the extent permitted by law, MASTRpass is provided without a promise of fitness for a specific purpose, uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from defects. Applicable open-source licence notices remain controlling.
MASTRpass does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or professional security advice. Local warnings and scores are decision aids with documented limits, not guarantees against fraud, loss or compromise.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, loss of digital assets, lost credentials or data loss arising from missing backups, compromised devices, third-party software, misuse or unverified downloads.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury and mandatory consumer claims.
13. Changes, law, severability and contact
The published version applies from the stated effective date. Material changes will be identified on mastrpass.xyz. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
The law applicable at the private Publisher’s ordinary residence generally applies without displacing mandatory protections at a consumer’s habitual residence. Hosting and blockchain locations do not determine that law. Jurisdiction and dispute mechanisms remain subject to mandatory law. Questions: support@mastrapps.com.
